Project design and evaluation
Our project design usually covers an evaluation phase of ten (non-contiguous) days.
In this phase, we determine the project status and the project goals, analyse the current status and develop optimisation approaches, which we then present to you. On this basis, you can make decisions and we go into implementation together with you.
Interviews as an essential part of the project
The interviews are an important part of the project design so that we can get an overview. The participants are the management, the department heads or key persons who are directly involved in the project. It is essentially about clarifying the needs, formulating the goals and how we can measure the achievement of the goals. But we also discuss which special features need to be taken into account and determine the composition of the project team.
Analysis of the actual state as the basis of project management
"In the beginning was the process" we already have on our page Processoptimization reported. The process analysis is about getting an overview of the current state. The analysis provides the basis for eliminating superfluous process steps, parallelising activities and accelerating the (new) process. Our focus is on standardising processes, avoiding errors and reducing throughput times, but also on automating process steps to reduce costs and improve process results.
Development of optimisation approaches
Based on the assessment and evaluation of the as-is analysis, we work out optimisation approaches and potentials for you. You will then receive a recommendation for the project implementation with a prioritisation of the goals.
You will also receive an overview of the expected implementation period and a calculation of the project costs incurred.
We are ready to go: The project implementation
After the commissioning, the implementation begins on the basis of the discussed project plan. We accompany the measures and there is a regular comparison with the project team. If you wish, we can offer you suitable Wokshops to support the change process in your company.
Looking back and looking forward: The Management Review
A review takes place regularly, but especially at the end of the project. There, as external project management, we clarify which goals have been achieved and which are still open. What compromises have been made and what difficulties have arisen? We also inform you about which improvements are already measurable and which steps are next.
